What does "independent living" mean?

Residents must be able to manage their own daily activities — such as personal care, medication, and mobility — without requiring on-site assistance from staff.

Rooms & Amenities

Is the room furnished?

Yes. All rooms come fully furnished. Just bring your personal belongings and you are ready to move in.

Are utilities really included?

Yes — electricity, water, heat, and high-speed WiFi are all included in your monthly rate. No surprise bills.
