Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for residency at Cherubim Grace Covering LLC, applicants must meet the following requirements.

Must have a valid government-issued photo ID

Must have proof of income or an approved payment source (Private Pay, SSI/SSD, VA Income, Government Assistance, or Third Party Payment)

Must be capable of living independently

Must be respectful of shared spaces and fellow residents

Must agree to maintain a drug and alcohol free environment

Must be 18 years of age or older

Must be willing to follow all rules and/or guidelines set forth in the housing program

How It Works

We will review your application, verify your ID and income source, and confirm eligibility.

Once approved, we will walk you through the next steps and get you settled into your new home.
